The ruling Prosperity Party has concluded its election campaign activities in Jigjiga, the capital of Ethiopia’s Somali Regional State, with a large rally held at Jigjiga Stadium under the slogan “Ethiopia into an Exemplary Nation.”
The event marked the final stage of the party’s regional campaign ahead of Ethiopia’s 7th general election. According to organizers, supporters and party members gathered in large numbers to attend the closing rally.
Among those present were Mustafa Muhammed, who also serves as a member of the party’s executive committee, along with party candidates, regional officials, and supporters.
The Prosperity Party has been conducting campaign activities across various parts of the Somali Region in recent weeks as political parties intensify preparations ahead of the national vote.
With the conclusion of the Jigjiga rally, the party has officially wrapped up its election campaign program in the Somali Regional State.
