Meaza Ashenafi Shares Leadership Experience at 9th FEEL Forum Organized by Addis Chamber and SAK Training and Consultancy

ADDIS ABABA — Ethiopia’s former Chief Justice Meaza Ashenafi addressed business executives and industry leaders at the 9th round of the Forum for Executive Leadership Experience (FEEL), held at Elilly International Hotel in Addis Ababa.

The forum, an initiative jointly organized by the Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations (Addis Chamber) and SAK Training and Consultancy, brings together leaders from across Ethiopia’s business community to exchange insights on leadership, governance, and organizational development.

Ashenafi, Ethiopia’s first female Chief Justice, is also a co founder of the Ethiopian Women Lawyers Association and Enat Bank, the country’s first bank established with a focus on women’s economic empowerment. During the forum, she shared her leadership experience with executives representing various business sectors.

The FEEL forum has previously featured several prominent business and industry leaders, including Dr. Arega Yirdaw, former Chief Executive Officer of MIDROC Ethiopia; Kibour Ghena, former President of Addis Chamber; Bekalu Zeleke, President of Abissinia Bank; Ambassador Mulu Solomon, former President of the Ethiopian Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations; and Yared Molla, Chief Executive Officer of Nyala Insurance.

According to the organizers, the forum is designed to provide a platform for business leaders to learn from the experiences of accomplished executives and contribute to strengthening leadership practices across the private sector.

Business leaders from different industries attended the latest edition of the forum.

Established in 1947, Addis Chamber is one of Ethiopia’s oldest business membership organizations, representing and supporting the interests of the country’s private sector.
