Adem Farah, Head of the Democratic System Building Coordination Center with the rank of Deputy Prime Minister, cast his ballot on Sunday in Shinile Woreda of Ethiopia’s Somali Regional State as voting continued across the country in the Seventh General Election.

According to official information, Adem Farah participated in the voting process at a polling station in Shinile, joining millions of Ethiopians taking part in the nationwide election.
The Seventh General Election is being conducted across Ethiopia to elect representatives to the federal and regional legislative bodies. Government officials, political leaders, election observers, and citizens have been participating in the voting process throughout the day.
The National Election Board of Ethiopia has reported that polling stations opened as scheduled, with voters casting their ballots in different parts of the country under the supervision of election officials and observers.

Adem Farah’s participation in the vote forms part of the broader engagement of senior government officials in the electoral process as Ethiopia carries out one of Africa’s largest democratic exercises.
