Members of the African Union (AU) Election Observation Mission are visiting and monitoring a polling station located at the General Jagama Kello Memorial Health Center in Addis Ababa’s Lafto Sub-City as Ethiopia conducts its seventh general election.
According to observations by Horn News Hub on the ground, the AU observers are assessing various aspects of the voting process, including ballot casting procedures, the availability of electoral materials, and the overall security situation at the polling station.
The visit forms part of the African Union’s broader election observation mission aimed at evaluating the conduct of the election and supporting credible, transparent, and democratic electoral processes across the continent.
