Afar Regional State President Haji Awol Arba cast his vote in the Chifra electoral constituency on today as voting continued across Ethiopia’s seventh general election.
Awol Arba, who is also a Prosperity Party candidate for the Afar Regional Council, participated in the voting process at his designated polling station in the Chifra constituency.
The vote comes as millions of Ethiopians head to the polls to elect representatives at both federal and regional levels. Regional officials and political leaders across the country have also been casting their ballots as part of the electoral process.
