The President of the Tigray Interim Administration, Lt. General Tadesse Worede, has issued an Easter message to Christian believers of Tigray both inside the country and abroad, calling for solidarity, reflection, and support for displaced communities.

In his message, the President extended Easter greetings while urging the public to remember citizens affected by displacement and hardship. He expressed hope that the holiday would be observed in a spirit of joy, peace, cooperation, and mutual support.

He also acknowledged the broader challenges facing the region, noting what he described as an environment marked by confusion, fear, and the spread of misinformation. He said such conditions have created psychological strain among communities, but stressed that these difficulties are temporary and will pass.

The President concluded by reaffirming his Easter wishes to all Christian followers in Tigray and wished them a peaceful celebration.
