By Chekole Alemu

Addis Ababa will host the Strategic Digital Leadership Executive Program on March 27–28, 2026, bringing together business leaders, entrepreneurs, executives, and young professionals for a two-day executive summit focused on digital transformation and sustainable growth.

The CPD (UK) accredited program is organized by Tadita Group Institute and will take place at the Jupiter International Hotel Conference Hall.

Horn News Hub has officially joined the initiative as media partner from Ethiopia. The outlet will provide comprehensive coverage, program updates, and post-event analysis, supporting efforts to broaden participation and public awareness.

Bridging Strategy and Digital Execution

Founded in 2020, Tadita Group Institute was established to make executive education more accessible and practical. The institute is led by Tamon Dieudonne, a digital marketing manager, global speaker, and award-winning business leader. His vision centers on closing the gap between ambition and achievement by equipping professionals with strategic clarity and leadership confidence.

The upcoming summit is designed not as a routine training session, but as a leadership transformation experience. It focuses on equipping participants with frameworks that can be applied immediately within their organizations.

Core themes include:

Strategic digital leadership and executive decision-making

AI integration and digital transformation

Business growth and innovation strategy

Digital branding and market positioning

Customer acquisition and revenue expansion

Leadership development for the modern economy

Participants will receive CPD (UK) accredited executive certification prepared ahead of the event, along with access to a one-week Digital Marketing Masterclass after the summit. The package also includes implementation materials, networking opportunities, and meals during the program.

Featured Speakers

The summit brings together experienced practitioners and academic leaders:

Dr. Wendmagegn Asfaw
An Assistant Professor and Founder & President of the Africa Digital Media Organization, Dr. Wendmagegn focuses on the intersection of technology, ethics, and inclusive community development.

His work explores responsible digital ecosystems, values-driven leadership, and people-centered innovation across African digital spaces.

Eskinder Mesfin Cherinet
National Director of ADM Ethiopia and a Digital Governance Advisor, Eskinder is a Senior IT Consultant specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance. Holding certifications including CISA, CISSP, and CGEIT, he brings expertise in cybersecurity strategy, enterprise IT governance, and building resilient, future-ready digital institutions.

Together, the speakers are expected to address how executive leadership decisions shape digital outcomes and long-term competitiveness.

Registration and Participation

Participation fees are structured as follows:

Individual participation: 15,000 ETB

Early Bird offer: 10,000 ETB (for payments made on or before March 15, 2026)

Corporate registration: 8,000 ETB per staff member for organizations registering more than two participants

March 15, 2026, is both the Early Bird deadline and the final registration date. Organizers stress that timely registration is required because CPD certificates are prepared prior to the summit. Seats are limited.

A Timely Initiative for Ethiopia’s Private Sector

As Ethiopia’s business landscape accelerates toward digital adoption, the need for strategic leadership has become more pressing. Many companies are investing in technology, yet struggle with integration, governance, and long-term positioning.

This summit positions itself as a platform to address that gap by combining executive-level strategy with practical digital tools.

Ethiopian business owners, entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, and members of the young professional generation are encouraged to register before the March 15 deadline.

With Horn News Hub serving as media partner, the event is expected to draw national attention and contribute to broader conversations about digital leadership and economic transformation in Ethiopia.
