WHO WE ARE
The Horn of Africa Peace & Dialogue Initiative (HAPDI) is an independent, UK-based nonprofit dedicated to advancing peace, dialogue, justice, stability, and human dignity across the Greater Horn of Africa.
We operate with full neutrality—free from political, religious, or ideological influence. Our mission is grounded in the conviction that dialogue, reconciliation, and inclusive engagement are the most effective pathways to sustainable peace.
HAPDI unites researchers, mediators, community leaders, youth activists, policy specialists, and civil society partners to prevent and resolve conflicts, support healing, and build bridges between communities, nations, and generations.
WHAT WE DO
HAPDI facilitates peace dialogues, strengthens reconciliation and healing processes, produces evidence-based policy research, empowers youth and women peacebuilders, and leads global advocacy campaigns promoting nonviolence, dignity, and unity.
